Triumph Gulf Coast is a $1.5 billion incentive program that bolsters demand for infrastructure in everything from military and government to education and commercial developments. Since 2017, the corporation has granted over $250 million to projects such as a 775,000 square foot MRO expansion for ST Engineering in Pensacola, park infrastructure improvements at NAS Whiting Field, and a 10,000-acre giga site at Shoal River Ranch in Okaloosa.
