Franklin County supports strong, career-defining education, whether it’s for you or your children. Career and technical education (CTE) at the Franklin County School District begin in the middle school grades, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, hospitality, welding, health care and other trades. The school district partners with the local business community to create learning opportunities and volunteer experiences for students.

The Gulf/Franklin Campus of Gulf Coast State College is in nearby Port St. Joe and offers convenient, quality education to meet the area’s workforce needs.
